Heirloom Bouquet Terms and Conditions
Congratulations on ordering your Heirloom Bouquet, we cannot wait to preserve this memory for you. Before we get
started, there are a few details we need to cover both about the logistics and your piece.
You are commissioning an Heirloom Bouquet piece. The Heirloom Bouquet is a
modern way to transform your wedding bouquet into an elegant and timeless Heirloom. Our team of designers will use your
bouquet for inspiration, as we memorialize it in floral styling, photographic imagery and custom calligraphy. The Heirloom
Bouquet is a photograph, not a floral bouquet. Heirloom Bouquets are custom and You give complete creative license to
Us to create the piece.
Before we start creating, payment in full is due. Payment shall be made by credit card online through Heirloom Bouquet’s
website. All money paid is non-refundable.
Heirloom Bouquets are made-to-order, meaning that they are completely unique; given our process we cannot accept
cancellations or returns.
We own all copyrights created and license the final image to you for your use, under the Terms of this Order Form. You
may of course display it in your home or office. You also may show it on your social media accounts, so long as Heirloom
Bouquet is credited and the image isn’t altered in anyway. You may not reproduce the piece or use it for any monetary
gain, without Our written permission. Additionally, We reserve the right to use images of the piece for social media, display,
publication, advertising or other purposes.
ABSENT WILLFUL OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM OUR SERVICES OR
PRODUCTS. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES FROM ANY AND ALL
CAUSES WHATSOEVER, AND YOUR MAXIMUM REMEDY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN
CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE LIMITED TO OUR NET PROFIT UNDER THIS ORDER.

such default and no waiver will affect any default, other than the specific default waived.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of this Order, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine, and heard
in courts located in Cumberland County, Maine.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, then that portion will be modified to be valid and
enforceable in a way that most closely carries out the intent of the initial language; all remaining provisions will continue in
full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Invoice, contain the entire understanding between You and Us, with respect to your

will be effective unless executed in writing and signed by both parties.
